Here goes...

So today I started this new blog. I'd first like to thank you all for reading this. The accountability will help me stay on track.

My new planned daily agenda:

7:10 - wake up continue waking up, drink water and coffee, turn on some peppy music, eat a piece of fruit.
7:35 - cardio exercise.
8:05- shower, eat, do devos, and get dressed.
9:00 be at work.
10:00 eat something small
12:05 get home from work and chill, and eat
1:30 sleep
3:00 wake up and finish any daily tasks
9pm-12pm txt Lisa and do 20 pull-ups, 40 push-ups, and 1 minute of ab exercise.
12:30ish sleep.

So there is the agenda. I'll spice the site up more as I have time and motivation. But I plan one posting on here every day what I did, what I ate, maybe the music I listened to, and any insights for the day, from Scripture or otherwise. Of course I am normally on call for EMS, so this schedule is at the mercy of that.

Acceptable cardio workouts include:
Running
Fast Mtn Biking
Swimming

I may think of more.

My current stats:

165 lbs, 5' 9", I'll measure my gut sometime.

My goal is to get six pack abs, but I'm happy that that means getting healthy. Also, I am excited about the prospect of getting stuff done outside in the morning, when it's still "cool" (it was 82 this morning). I can catch up on sleep during the hot afternoons. You see when I am forced to expect to be up all night, every night, doing EMS things, I have got to sleep when I can.

My eatings for the morning:
food=calories
1 banana= 105
3 small eggs over hard with Cholula sauce  = 180
1 strawberry smoothie* = 460
1 gulp V8 Fusion = 55

Breakfast total=800
*stawberry smoothie=4 frozen strawberries, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1tsp frozen orange juice concentrate, 3/4 cup skim milk

10:00 snack nectarine = 50 calories

Lunch

Ramen=190
Oatmeal bar = 140
Lunch total = 330

afternoon snack salad = 55 calories

This morning, Basshunter's Dota got me going.
And thank goodness for Pandora. I made a station of dance music, which I listened to today.

Cheers!
